At FRCreation, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchange is applicable only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product with clear photos or videos as proof.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, color variation, size issues, or personal preference.
• Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings and will not be considered a defect.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not applicable for furniture items such as tea tables and bedside tables once delivered.
• In case of a confirmed damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement, not a cash refund.

4. Exchange Process

• Once the issue is verified, FRCreation will arrange an exchange within 7–10 working days.
• The company will bear the delivery cost if the issue is from our side.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed or shipped.
• Custom or special orders are non-cancelable.
